What regions/locations do you provide your services?

Novo is a Cincinnati based recruiting company with the resources that allow us to work nationally and service companies across the U.S.

How long will it take to see candidates?

The process can take a couple of days to a couple of weeks depending on the search. The recruiting team will be in constant communication about our progress and coordinating next steps with candidates. It is our goal to make the hiring process as quick and seamless as possible.

What can I expect when working with Novo?
